Week One: Blast Off!
Astronauts and space explorers launch into a short holiday week of imagination, stories, and hands-on theme activities.
Camp runs 9:00am–11:30am Monday–Friday, with online registration open for one week or all four.
Summer camp is built as four separate weeks, so your family can choose the schedule that fits your summer. Each morning gives preschoolers a playful rhythm of creative projects, movement, stories, water play, snack, and time with other children.
Pick the theme that matches your child’s curiosity, or stack multiple weeks for a longer camp experience. Each week ties stories and crafts into that week’s focus.

A nature-inspired week for campers who like making, moving, and exploring with friends.

Children take a playful trip through global-themed stories, crafts, and activities.

Campers experiment with building, problem-solving, and creative projects made for preschool hands.
Need a longer day? Add lunch between morning camp and afternoon Art Adventure, or choose lunch only for extra time before pickup.
This afternoon option gives older campers extra creative time after the morning camp session.
Families may add the optional extended lunch hour to bridge the morning dismissal or create a longer camp day.
Camp days are active, social, and familiar to young learners. DUMC’s regular preschool staff teach and accompany campers throughout the day, and teachers and aides are CPR certified.

Activities are designed to fit and nurture the developmental needs of 3–5 year old children.

Each week has a new theme, with a story and craft connected to that theme every day.

Daily music or yoga gives campers a chance to move, listen, stretch, and reset.

Campers enjoy water play or swimming as part of the daily routine.

Teacher-led games help children practice taking turns, following directions, and joining group play.

A daily snack is included during the morning camp session.
